With a fabulous indoor pool, a sauna, steam room and south-facing terraces, this beautiful chalet for 14 near La Clusaz has everything you need for a fabulous mountain holiday.
Add to that five spacious en suite bedrooms, imaginative decor and graffiti artwork as well as a spacious kitchen full of high-end SMEG appliances and you might never want to leave.
Chalet Arpitania is in a great location too, just 2km from the pistes and the centre of La Clusaz and with views of the Crêt du Merle slopes. The ski bus stops 50m from the door, so you won't need to use your car if you'd prefer not to. Outside the ski season, the village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing.
La Clusaz has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a weekly market where you can pick up some tasty local produce.

About the property ...
The spacious accommodation at Chalet Arpitania is set over three floors. The entrance at the back of the house will take you via the ski and bike room into a hall with plenty of storage space.
This opens up into the vast open plan living area - the luxury kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, including a large fridge freezer and two ovens, and a freestanding island unit with a large hob and breakfast bar. There is room for everyone to eat together at the bespoke dining table, and the corner fireplace will add to the convivial atmosphere. There are sliding doors on to a wraparound terrace where you'll find another large dining table where you can eat out on sunny days.
The stylish seating area is at the front of the house - four comfortable sofas are arranged around another fireplace and television, and full-height windows frame the breathtaking view and fill the room with light. They also open on to a balcony which is the perfect place for drinks before dinner!
Take the stairs to the top floor, where you'll find two spacious bedroom suites, both of which have dressing areas, en suite bathrooms and separate WCs. Each has a large double bed opposite a full-height window which opens on to a balcony - what a glorious view to wake up to! All of the bedrooms have Nespresso coffee machines, so you won't even need to leave your room to get your first coffee of the day.
There are three more bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which have en suite shower rooms and open on to a terrace. One is a double room (although the bed can be set as 2 singles) and the others both sleep four people - each has a double bed (possibility of turning the double into 2 singles) and a set of bunk beds. There's also a useful laundry room on this floor, and a separate WC.
The ground floor is also home to the impressive spa area - there's a large indoor pool with a bar and seating area which opens on to a terrace, as well as a steam room and a sauna. It's the perfect space to spend a relaxing day with friends - there's even a pétanque court outside if you fancy a game!
Chalet Arpitania has a garage for two cars as well as two parking spaces and there's a charging point for electric cars.

La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

“Remarkable quality, perfect for the whole family”
The chalet is of remarkable quality, a haven of comfort. The spaces are spacious, the equipment (bedding, kitchen, aquatic area) is of high quality, and the view is magnificent. It is a privilege to be able to enjoy this chalet. Our host Céline was particularly attentive to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were 8 adults, 2 children, 2 babies, and the accommodation was perfectly suited to our needs. A stay that we all greatly appreciated.
“Wonderful stay”
Wonderful stay at Chalet Arpitania! The view of the Aravis and La Clusaz is splendid, and the chalet is as beautiful in reality as in the photos. Everything is perfectly equipped and designed for comfort, with high-end amenities: pool, hammam, sauna, spacious rooms with private bathrooms, quality bedding... A huge thank you to Céline, always available, responsive, and attentive throughout the stay. Her kindness also made a difference. We left with wonderful memories and will recommend this rental without the slightest hesitation.
“Everything is perfect”
Everything is perfect. However, a small drawback for me (90 years old): the stairs to go down to the ground floor were difficult for me. A proper handrail on the right going down would have greatly simplified my mobility. The two 3-year-old children could not secure themselves either. Just a small remark in passing, but one that has some importance. Thank you, have a good day.

Chalet Arpitania is a three-storey chalet for 14 guests, with five en suite bedrooms, an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and several south-facing balconies and terraces.
It's a 2km drive to the lifts and the village of La Clusaz, but the ski bus stops nearby, so you wouldn't need to use your car if you prefer not to.
We love the stylish decor at Chalet Arpitania - the graffiti-style artwork on the stairs and around the pool, the funky sofas and scatter cushions, and the wonderful big kitchen with high-end appliances and doors on to the sunny terrace.
The seating area is set apart from the dining area, and both have a fireplace and doors on to the balcony/terrace - and the views are breathtaking!
Each of the five bedrooms has its own shower or bathroom - a real bonus for a large group. We particularly like the two suites on the top floor, which each have dressing areas and a balcony with great views - a great way to start your day!
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a set of bunk beds, making them ideal for families.
But the real highlight of this stunning home has to be the pool and spa area - the indoor pool is big enough to get some real exercise, but when it's time to party, there's a bar area with a kitchenette, which opens on to the terrace! There's also a steam room and a sauna where you can relax after a busy day in the mountains.
Families with young children will need to make sure they are well supervised on the terrace, which has quite a steep drop. The garden is also steep, but the plus side is that you have an uninterrupted view!
Chalet Arpitania is an exciting house which is the perfect holiday base for several families, all year round - it's a place to have fun together as well as a great place to relax and recharge.

This chalet, which dates back to the 60s, has been recently renovated and extended with passion, taste and, above all, with the desire to convey the pleasure of the mountains in both summer and winter.
Wherever you are in the house - in your bedroom, the living room or the spa area - the incredible view will connect you to the nature that surrounds you.
This south-facing chalet, in the village of La Gralliere, is just 50m from the bus stop, which will take you straight to the Bossonnet and La Balme ski lifts.
The village of La Clusaz, just a short drive from the chalet, lies at the foot of the Aravis mountain range and can be explored to your heart's content.
